Starting July 1, 2017, domain rental prices will rise again
From July 1, 2017, the Coordination Center for the national Internet domain increases the cost of domain names in the .RU and .РФ zones by 70% for accredited registrars. This will lead to a change in retail rates for registration and renewal of domains with the registrants themselves, as well as price increases will affect special rates for registrar partner companies.
Internet companies will have to buy cash registers
Under the new law, entrepreneurs must use a special CREs to send data to the tax office every time they accept money from buyers for goods or services. And this applies to online stores and services that could not yet use the fiscal cash register.
Fines for non-compliance with the law on personal data will increase significantly
From July 1, 2017, amendments to Article 13.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses will come into force, describing violations of the law on the storage and processing of personal data. Now the fines were divided by types of violations and increased significantly.
The cost of renting a domain has increased by an order of magnitude
Since the beginning of 2017, many of the largest domain registrars have raised their prices for domain renewals dramatically. Now, as before, you can register a domain with them in many popular zones of Russia for a little more than 90 rubles. However, the cost of renewal for the next year will be almost an order of magnitude more expensive: in the range of 500-1 000 rubles.
