This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the use of a website on the Internet with the address https://www.euphoriastudio.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), as well as information blocks with a hyperlink to Site on other websites (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Euphoria Digital Studio”) between Euphoria Digital Studio and a user (hereinafter referred to as “User”).
Subject of Agreement
Euphoria Digital Studio offers the User its services on the terms that are the subject of this Agreement.
The Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the User and Euphoria Digital Studio and governs the User’s use of Euphoria Digital Studio services.
User is the entity using the information and services provided by Euphoria Digital Studio.
Entry into force of the Agreement
The Agreement is considered to have entered into force by default from the moment the User starts using Euphoria Digital Studio services.
By clicking any of the “Send” or “Subscribe” buttons, when placing an order, sending feedback or subscribing to mailing lists, the User agrees that he is familiar with the terms of the Agreement, understood and agrees to the terms of use of the services Euphoria Digital Studio.
In case of disagreement with this Agreement, the use of Euphoria Digital Studio services must be terminated by the User.
Services and prices
Any prices provided by Euphoria Digital Studio are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a public offer.
The described services and their scope may vary based on private agreements between the User and Euphoria Digital Studio.
The User must provide valid data when filling out the forms necessary to complete the order. Euphoria Digital Studio is not responsible for the correctness and validity of the data provided by the User and the consequences caused by this.
Personal data and its use
The User consents to the use of personal data by Euphoria Digital Studio when registering, processing an order request, responding to feedback or conducting mailing lists.
The personal data that the User enters on the Site is entered into the register of Users and is used to complete a trade transaction, perform a service, conduct marketing campaigns, send commercial offers for goods and services, conduct surveys, mailing newsletters, etc.
Euphoria Digital Studio undertakes not to transfer the personal data of registered Users to third parties. Euphoria Digital Studio reserves the right, where permitted by law, to transfer personal data to the relevant government agencies.
The User consents to Euphoria Digital Studio sending invoices and other necessary information to the e-mail address provided during the ordering process.
The User consents to the use of Euphoria Digital Studio’s personal information in aggregate form for the purposes of marketing research and targeting.

The User’s consent to this Agreement also means full agreement with the document “Privacy Policy” of Euphoria Digital Studio.
Ownership
The User acknowledges and agrees that the Euphoria Digital Studio services and all necessary programs are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, intellectual property laws and other relevant Russian laws, laws of other states and international law.
Euphoria Digital Studio grants the User a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the software provided in the Euphoria Digital Studio services, provided that neither the User nor any other person with the assistance of the User will copy or modify the software; create programs derived from the software; penetrate the software in order to obtain program codes; sell, lease, transfer to third parties any rights regarding the software of the services provided to the User, as well as modify the services, including for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to them.
All text and graphics contained on the Site are the property of Euphoria Digital Studio and/or its clients.
When using documents and related graphics located on the Site, the following requirements must be observed.
- When reprinting materials, refer to the Site as the source of the publication and indicate other sources of information mentioned in the material. If the materials are posted on the Internet, then you must make an active link to the Site.
- Documents and related graphics located on the Site, without the written permission of the administration, can only be used for informational, non-commercial or personal purposes.
Reprinting, reproduction in any form, distribution, including in translation, of any materials from the Site for commercial use is possible only with the written permission of the administration of Euphoria Digital Studio.
Using Euphoria Digital Studio intellectual property (including Site design elements, symbols, texts, etc.) without the permission of Euphoria Digital Studio for commercial purposes is illegal and may result in legal proceedings.
The documents and related graphics located on the Site may include inaccuracies or spelling errors. Changes to the information on the Site are made periodically.
Non-commercial use
User agrees not to reproduce, replicate or copy, sell or resell, or use for any commercial purpose any part of the Euphoria Digital Studio services, use or access to the services, except as when such permission is given to the User by Euphoria Digital Studio. Euphoria Digital Studio is not responsible for any agreements between the User and third parties.
The User agrees not to hack technologies or decompile the codes of software products that are used in the Euphoria Digital Studio services in order to install them on their computer (phone, PDA or other device).
Liability and Disclaimer
The User is fully responsible, in accordance with this Agreement and the law, in case of damage caused by his own fault to Euphoria Digital Studio or third parties, when using the services of Euphoria Digital Studio.
Euphoria Digital Studio does not warrant that the features of the Euphoria Digital Studio services will be uninterrupted, fast, reliable or error-free.
In the event that Euphoria Digital Studio is presented with any claims, demands and lawsuits regarding copyright infringement on materials posted by the User, Euphoria Digital Studio undertakes to independently take all measures to resolve these claims.
The User is fully responsible for the violation of property and personal non-property rights of authors and the rights of any third parties.
Services are provided “as is”. Euphoria Digital Studio assumes no responsibility, including for the suitability of the services for the purpose of the User.
Any materials obtained by the User using the services of Euphoria Digital Studio, the User uses at his own risk.
Euphoria Digital Studio Services may contain links to other resources. The User acknowledges and agrees that Euphoria Digital Studio is not responsible for the availability of these resources and their content, as well as for any consequences associated with the use of the content of these resources.
Disagreements and Claims Procedure
To resolve disputes arising between the User and Euphoria Digital Studio as a result of using Euphoria Digital Studio services, the following claim procedure is applied.
A User who believes that his rights and interests have been violated due to the actions of Euphoria Digital Studio sends his claim to Euphoria Digital Studio using the contact form.
Within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, Euphoria Digital Studio must state its position on the fundamental issues indicated in the latter and send its response to the email address indicated in the complaint.
Anonymous claims or claims that do not allow the User to be identified based on the data provided are not considered.
If the dispute is not resolved through the claim procedure, the dispute is subject to consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Service interruptions
Euphoria Digital Studio has the right to carry out maintenance work in the Euphoria Digital Studio hardware and software system with the temporary suspension of Euphoria Digital Studio services, notifying Euphoria Digital Studio users by a message on the Site.
In the event of force majeure, as well as accidents or failures in the software and hardware systems of third parties cooperating with Euphoria Digital Studio, or actions of third parties aimed at suspending or terminating the operation of Euphoria Digital Studio, suspension of Euphoria Digital may be Studio without notifying users.
Changes and additions to the Agreement
The Agreement is subject to change by Euphoria Digital Studio without any special notice.
Changes and additions to the Agreement come into force from the moment of their publication.
The User has the right to reject additional additions or changes to this Agreement made by Euphoria Digital Studio, which means that the User refuses the services of Euphoria Digital Studio.
Legal innovations
In the event that the regulatory legal acts of the authorities of the Russian Federation or other states are adopted that affect the functioning of Euphoria Digital Studio in whole or in part, Euphoria Digital Studio reserves the right to make any changes in the functioning of Euphoria Digital Studio aimed at bringing the latter into line with new legislation.
